Solution: Don’t start with all your energy and wear out totally long before the day of exam, in fact go steady take breaks while you study, instead of not studying at all study less each day also don’t over exhaust yourself , this will make you break this bad habit of procrastination.

2.Sleep Deprivation:

One very common factor among students is that they are sleep deprived, which reduces the level of vigilance and motivation in them to study, they either sleep too less or study through nights, both deteriorate a person’s mental health essential for studying well.
Solution:
Study for shorter chunks moreover set an alarm of forty five minutes before your sleep time and get eight hours sleep. This will quite much solve the problem.

3. You have a false sense of security:

You think by taking all notes, attending all classes you have mastered it all, but this might not be true when you attempt the questions on exam.
Solution:
Quiz yourself before the exam off and on, and assess yourself.

4. Not all study time is created equal:

Studying for short chunks each day over a week rather than studying for a huge seven hours chunk in a single day is better when learning something new, a fact that students rarely understand.
Solution:
Like said above study wisely so that you don’t forget and have to spend more time re-learning also intersperse learning sessions with sleep as brains stores new information as neural pathways during REM of sleep.

5. You overestimate yourself and plan wrong:

You overestimate your abilities thinking you can do a lot in a very short time or you have got a lot of time to study, both these delusions are destructive.
Solution:
Have realistic approach and see how much you can do and try to do as much before the last minute as you can.
