1. What is your greatest strength?
When you are going for a job interview always expect this question from the employers. This gives you the chance to sell yourself, and stand out from the other candidates applying for the same job, after all it’s your attributes that make you different from them.
2. What is your greatest weakness?
Now this is another question they would throw at you for certain. The key here is to stay positive concerning your aptitude and skills in whatever you say in response.
3. Why are you leaving or have left your job?
If you are leaving a previous job to get a job in this new organization make your future your focus, be realistic and direct, particularly when leaving your previous job was not under the best circumstances.
4. Tell me about yourself.
This is a trick question, this may make you share your most personal information, stay focused and tell about your life interests that don’t directly relate to your work.
5. Why do you want this job?
With this question you get the break to tell the interviewer what and how much you know about the job and the concerned company. Be particular about what makes you the best candidate for this role compared to the other competitors, and mention areas of the company and the position that attract you the most.

6. Why should we hire you?
This is a must ask question when you are the employer so be ready for it when you are the one being interviewed, and make a mental sketch of how you are going to prove your worth. Convince the employers about your fitness for the concerned post, that’s what your goal must be with this question.
7. How do you tackle with the stressors?
When things aren’t working out in the best manner possible, what will be your reaction? The best way to react to this question is to state an example of how you have previously handled stress in the job you left.
8. Describe a complex work situation or project you had to work on and how you overcame it?
With this question the interviewer tries to know what you do when you confront a challenging decision. Like in the above question be prepared to share an instance from your previous job where you handled a tough situation skillfully.
9. How do you evaluate success?
This question gives you the opportunity to tell the interviewer about your potential, your goals, and different aspects of your personality, but as you answer this question keep the position you are seeking in this company in your mind.
10. What are your goals for the future?
Again this one is a trick question posed at you to find out if you’re going to move on as soon as you find a better opportunity like you moved on previously, the key here is to make the company you are applying at, your focus.
